Harvesting Solutions, Cultivating Success

Cotton

Cotton is a natural fiber, which ensures softness and comfort in the fabric used by people. SLC Agrícola has been growing cotton in the Brazilian Cerrado [savannah] since 1998, providing its product with high productivity and quality.

Corn

Corn is the energy base for feeding poultry, pigs and cattle and is intended for human consumption. Corn plays a key role in our crop rotation, as it produces a large amount of straw that helps protect the soil, recycle nutrients and increase organic matter in the soil.

Soybeans

Soy is one of the most used sources of protein in animal feed, intended for poultry, pigs and cattle and with increasing consumption in human food. Brazil is considered one of the last agricultural frontiers available to expand the cultivated area and capable of supplying world demand, according to population growth. Soy cultivation is essential for the production system. It enables crop rotation and no-till on straw, assists in biological nitrogen fixation and nutrient recycling in soil.

Livestocks

The Crop-Livestock Integration (ILP) system was introduced in 2018 at Fazenda Planorte (MT) and, since then, livestock has become part of our business portfolio, adding another activity beyond the two annual harvests and also enabling an increase in the productivity of grains in the areas where it was implement.
